Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh ... Bismillahirrahmanirrahiim .. Praise Allah SWT is always bestow His mercy and guidance on all of us that until this moment still a chance to enjoy the fresh morning air. It was not a full life if terlalui away without writing ... hahahaha ... According to my reading and writing is one of a series of MADIA that can stimulate us to always think. Thinking positive thing of course, so that reading and writing we were sued contain positive as well. Hopefully my writing useful. Recently I get a few orders for drawing and painting. Incidentally drawing / painting has become a hobby (hobby) my childhood until now, whether it resembles the image resembles a living creature or inanimate objects. Had been a hesitancy in the heart, whether I'm doing this right or wrong? Why is that? This happens more or less when I sat dibangku third grade high school when I knew a hadith whose content is more or less does not justify what was to become my hobby over the years.
Just a few (hadith) that I got, but it was enough to represent an assumption that the drawing resembles a living creature is forbidden. Not that I necessarily agree some of the above hadith and stop my hobby altogether, but immediately flashed in my mind whether this is true or false if it is wrong please straightened out so that no unwanted deviations. For the first image is forbidden because it is used for the gods / idols. However, if viewed from the reality of today, the picture could hardly be separated from our daily life. ranging from TV, magazines, books, pamphlets, posters, t-shirts, etc. illustrated. case if the pamphlets and posters are not "drawn", is not the pattern of the stencil itself drawn? what not to say even by extending the double sin? Even now the media has been rife images used to preach. An example is the contents of Islamic comic directing the truth. One more thing, I happened to a student of Biology, in a lecture course activities could not be separated from practical activities involving living beings and it is definitely in it make use of instructional media in the form of images of living creatures, well kinship with medical students. Well if such a thing still dilarangkan? And even though only a fool would be an act of kufr bounties and blessings of Allah SWT, how not if we are awarded with a natural talent in a field (eg call art) as we do not draw the best to take advantage of the good things. After all, my intention here is not to me or things that make me god puja-puja, or intend to compare with His creation. Similarly, the multiple streams there is a mention that the photography for which the object is a human or other living things also forbidden. Did ancient mas've got a camera? hehehehe Let us not think taqlid, the more advanced age and the need to adjust things like that in various aspects.
Here are some hadith which I quoted from various sources stating drawing resembles mekhluk life is not permitted:
"Allah's Apostle said, 'Whoever drew a picture of something that animate the world, then he will be asked to breathes life to the picture later in the day's end, while he was not authorized to meniupklannya.'" [HR. Bukhari].
Allah's Apostle said, "Surely the greatest among men siksanya on the Day of Resurrection are the ones who draw pictures of animate." (See Sabiq Sayyid, Fiqh Sunnah, chapter Tashwiir).
Narrated by Imam Muslim, that a man dateng to Ibn 'Abbas, and said, "Behold, I drew these pictures and I liked it." Ibn' Abbas said to the man immediately, "Come to me". So the man immediately approached him. Furthermore, Ibn 'Abbas repeated himself, and the man approached him. After the close, Ibn 'Abbas placed his hand on the person's head and said, "I tell you what I've heard. I've heard the Prophet saying, 'Everyone who draw will be entered into hell, and made him to every image it lives, then that image will torture him in Hell.' "Ibn 'Abbas said," If you still want to draw , then draw a tree and what is not dead. "[HR. Muslims].
Of 'Ali, he said, "Allah's Apostle was a visit the corpse, then he said,' Who amongst you who want to go to Medina, then he should not let any one unless he destroyed the idols, none of the grave unless he's smooth with the ground, and none of the picture unless he moisten it? "A man said, 'I am, O Messenger of Allah.' 'Ali said," The people of Medina got frightened and the man left, then back again. The man said, 'Messenger of Allah, I do not let one destroy the idols but me, none of the grave unless I averaged, and none of the picture unless I coat'. The Prophet said, 'Whoever back again to make something out of the way, it means he has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad.' "[HR. Ahmad with a hasan isnad].
The ban drew a picture here includes all animate images, both images were incurred or not, perfect or not, and distilir or not. The entire image is imaged animate beings, either a full, half, may be alive or not, distilir (stylized), and in caricature form is forbidden. Taqiyuddin Shaykh an-Nabhani in the book of al-shakhsiyyah al-Islamiyya, juz 2, stating that the image is in the narrations above are all images that portray the animate beings, whether full, half, may be alive or not, or distilir or not. Everything is exposed to ban the hadiths above (an-Nabhani Taqiyuddin Shaykh, al-shakhsiyyah al-Islamiyya, juz 2, chapter Tashwiir).
So that I can convey. Not that I intend to raise a theme that could trigger disputes between the people and cause divisions among us but this is just my opinion and thoughts alone. If an element of error that causes unwanted distortion please straightened. I ask the opinion of colleagues. Sorry if there are words that are less pleasing, because my mind is always limited, Truth only belongs to God alone. Yes god put away your servant from straying ... Fastabiqu Khoirot .. Wassalamu'alaikum warahmatulahi wabarakatuh ..
